Highlights from Our Customer Advisory Board Event in NYC

On 15 January 2025, we were thrilled to welcome an incredible group of retail leaders and brand partners to our Customer Advisory Board event at the Salesforce Tower in New York City. Designed to celebrate and collaborate with our North American customers and advocates, the day brought together innovation, insights, and a shared vision for the future of retail.
Guests from brands including Max Mara, Mikimoto, MCM Worldwide, Helzberg, Gymshark, Lafayette 148, Rodd & Gunn, Alexander Wang, Graff Diamonds, and Paul Smith joined Proximity’s leadership team for a morning of ideas, discussion, and connection.
A Day of Insights and Collaboration
We kicked off the morning with guest arrivals over a light buffet of pastries, fresh fruit, tea, and coffee, offering everyone the chance to connect and settle in before the sessions began.
