Senior Salesforce Developer

Working within an agile delivery team, you will participate in all aspects of delivering software projects and troubleshooting issues. You will participate in the product design, technical design, estimation, development, and maintenance of our environments.

 

You will contribute towards continually improving, developing and distributing documentation and other collateral for both internal and external audiences.

 

Key skills you’ll be experienced within:

Must:
● 2-4 years commercial experience developing on the Salesforce core platform, developing customer-facing applications
● Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform
● Highly skilled in SOQL, Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components along with SFDX
● Experience with source control, preferably git/GitHub
● Experience coaching other team members to develop their skills
● Good communication skills
● Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues
● Highly experienced using Agile development practices

Product Designer

You will work closely with Product to take ideas and concepts, translate them into world class designs for our Super-App on IOS, Android and Desktop and to prioritise requirements for releases.

 

Working within an Agile delivery team, you will develop visual design prototypes ranging from comps to interactive mock-ups, and contribute to design development throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial explorations through final design deliverables. This includes continuous QA during development to
ensure the product is aligned with the design specifications.

 

Key skills you’ll be experienced within:
Must
● Minimum 3+ years work experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer or similar role
ç An outstanding portfolio demonstrating the successful delivery of innovative Mobile interface
design solutions for IOS and Android.
çExperience designing Hybrid Apps
● A strong working knowledge of interaction design, user-centred experience design, brand identity management, digital marketing and the creative process
● Demonstrated expert level knowledge in mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
● In-depth familiarity with the latest trends in Mobile app user experience.
● Knowledge of wireframe tools (such as Sketch, Wireframe.cc or equivalent)
● Up-to-date knowledge of design tools (such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)
● Ability to use prototyping tools to convey design intent.
● Operational understanding of Accessibility and ability to incorporate accessibility in the Mobile designs.
● Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
● Experience and understanding of product management and the agile process

Graphic Designer (Graduate)

Part of the Marketing team, reporting into the VP of Brand and Customer,  this creative individual will be responsible for the creation of branded communication tools and visual aids for marketing, sales and education purposes.

 

 

Key skills you’ll be experienced within:

  • Create branded presentation decks, sales tools and marketing materials for education and promotion purposes, across multiple media
  • Support Content Marketing Manager in the creation and publishing of content e.g.: case studies, articles, infographics, social media posts, blogs, videoclips, visual backdrops for event spaces, banners, and posters
  • Find visual solutions to express complex messages, conceptualising visuals based on requirements
  • Propose new ideas and creative solutions to engage our key audiences with our product, content and events
  • Be the expert and go-to-person within the organisation for anything that requires visual/graphic design and branding.

Senior Account Executive US

To support the fast growth of our business in North America we are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new sales into the region. Your role is to identify, target and pursue new opportunities with large retailers in North America aligned with our GTM strategy and achieve your set sales objectives. Reporting to the Global Sales Director and working closely with our Pre-Sales, Marketing and Customer Success team and you will lead these opportunities through to close to achieve our growth targets in the region.

Implementation Lead US & UK

An Implementation Lead is a project-based, business-improvement role. The Implementation Lead helps guide clients to improve business processes and efficiency with Proximity Insight. They elicit, document, and analyse requirements around business challenges, and then produce data-driven solutions. You are the go-to person when it comes to communication between IT and business stakeholders to ensure all parties involved work together to attain the best results.

 

To accomplish this, the Implementation Lead must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and communication skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical delivery strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.
