Implementation Lead

An Implementation Lead is a project-based, business-improvement role. The Implementation Lead helps guide clients to improve business processes and efficiency with Proximity Insight. They elicit, document, and analyse requirements around business challenges, and then produce data-driven solutions. You are the go-to person when it comes to communication between IT and business stakeholders to ensure all parties involved work together to attain the best results.

 

To accomplish this, the Implementation Lead must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and communication skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical delivery strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.

Marketing Assistant

This role will support the Marketing department to deliver: Lead Generation and Brand Awareness campaigns; will provide assistance organising the content and events calendar; will own the scheduling, and creation of social media content.

 

The ideal candidate will be a creative and efficient worker, have some creative experience/interest, impeccable English skills and a capable writer, operates well independently and as part of a team, able to multitask and ensure deadlines are met and maintain efficient communication within the Marketing department and wider team.

The primary purpose of a Customer Success Support Analyst is to provide technical assistance to clients through development and technical support.

 

The Customer Success Support Analyst must operate with a high degree of autonomy, determining day-to-day priorities and project timelines. They must be able to work on multiple concurrent projects ensuring delivery targets are met, take ownership of projects and deployments, maintain efficient communication with client and internal departments and work as part of the Customer Success team to assess, prioritise and monitor progress of projects and client work streams.
