Senior Salesforce Developer

Working within an agile delivery team, you will participate in all aspects of delivering software projects and troubleshooting issues. You will participate in the product design, technical design, estimation, development, and maintenance of our environments.

 

You will contribute towards continually improving, developing and distributing documentation and other collateral for both internal and external audiences.

 

Key skills you’ll be experienced within:

Must:
● 2-4 years commercial experience developing on the Salesforce core platform, developing customer-facing applications
● Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform
● Highly skilled in SOQL, Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components along with SFDX
● Experience with source control, preferably git/GitHub
● Experience coaching other team members to develop their skills
● Good communication skills
● Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues
● Highly experienced using Agile development practices

Senior Account Executive US

To support the fast growth of our business in North America we are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new sales into the region. Your role is to identify, target and pursue new opportunities with large retailers in North America aligned with our GTM strategy and achieve your set sales objectives. Reporting to the Global Sales Director and working closely with our Pre-Sales, Marketing and Customer Success team and you will lead these opportunities through to close to achieve our growth targets in the region.

Implementation Lead US & UK

An Implementation Lead is a project-based, business-improvement role. The Implementation Lead helps guide clients to improve business processes and efficiency with Proximity Insight. They elicit, document, and analyse requirements around business challenges, and then produce data-driven solutions. You are the go-to person when it comes to communication between IT and business stakeholders to ensure all parties involved work together to attain the best results.

 

To accomplish this, the Implementation Lead must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and communication skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical delivery strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.

Senior Account Executive EMEA

Primary purpose of the role
To support the fast growth of our business in EMEA we are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive
new sales into the region. Your role is to identify, target and pursue new opportunities with large
retailers in EMEA aligned with our GTM strategy and achieve your set sales objectives. Reporting to the
Head of Sales and working closely with our Pre-Sales, Marketing and Customer Success team and you
will lead these opportunities through to close to achieve our growth targets in the region.

 

Key Accountabilities

● Exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
● Building and executing a territory plan
● Prospecting into target retailers to create new opportunities as well as taking ownership of
qualified inbound leads
● Working with our pre-sales team to create compelling pitches and product demos
● Driving opportunities through the sales process to successful closure
● Representing Proximity Insight at key retail industry events
● Building and managing relationships with key partners including Salesforce
● Being an integral part of our team as we continue with our rapid growth and expansion with
opportunities for future role development and progression
Essential Candidate Requirements
● Passion for technology and the retail industry
● Strong track record (5+ years) of consistently achieving sales targets in a SaaS company
● Ability to source new opportunities as well as pick up and progress inbound leads
● Excellent presentation skills and ability to demonstrate the product
● Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and relationships up to C-level
● Strong technical skills including use of MS Office, Google and CRM systems
● Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic company with big ambitions

 

Desirable Candidate Requirements

 

● Bachelor’s Degree
● Additional European languages: French and / or German particularly of interest
● 10+ years of sales experience in SaaS with strong track record of quota over-achievement
● Strong understanding of Salesforce B2C capabilities
● Experience selling into the Retail Industry
● Experience working with Salesforce CRM
